Kevin Magnussen has earned himself the dubious honour of becoming the first F1 driver to be banned from a race since Romain Grosjean in 2012.
It's 12 years since we last saw a driver benched for poor on-track behaviour - but does Magnussen really deserve to sit out the next race, and is the system that put him on the sidelines fair or something that makes F1 look a bit ridiculous?
