To celebrate #INWED22, yesterday we hosted a panel of female engineers, including staff from Aston Martin F1 Team, Aston Martin Lagonda, The FIA, and Pirelli, for a call to discuss the importance of diversity in motorsport. The purpose of International Women in Engineering Day is to give female engineers a platform to grow awareness of female under-representation in motorsport. We hope that this call, along with the efforts of other women in our industry, helps to encourage young women to explore engineering as a career, in motorsport and beyond.
