When Haas's upgraded 2022 F1 car was revealed, it triggered a game of ‘spot the difference’ in comparison to the Ferrari F1-75. Since Haas made its first appearance in Formula 1 in 2016, similarities between its cars and those of Ferrari have been a regular talking point. The upgraded Haas makes it the only team other than Ferrari to adopt the distinctive scallop-shaped top surface of the sidepods, so to the naked eye the resemblance is obvious.
