Daniel Ricciardo is continually being tipped to take Sergio Perez’s Red Bull seat in the future. But there’s another driver who cannot be overlooked as a contender, despite often being forgotten. And it’s a driver who Ricciardo is, inadvertently, helping to become a bigger threat simply by his presence at AlphaTauri. That’s because we’re talking about Ricciardo’s team-mate, Yuki Tsunoda. You might laugh, but he’s been having a good season, is still only 23 and has picked up some tricks from Ricciardo. What’s more, he’s also fundamentally a very quick racing driver.
